Welcome to LandKey TX. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website at www.landkeytx.com and any services offered by LandKey TX ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our Site, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

LandKey TX is a land sales company that markets, lists, and sells rural and recreational land parcels primarily in Texas. Our services include providing information about available land listings, facilitating inquiries between buyers and our sales team, processing land purchase transactions, and providing seller lead generation services.
You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts to use our Site or purchase property through LandKey TX.
All property listings, descriptions, photographs, maps, and pricing information on our Site are provided for informational purposes only. Property details, availability, and pricing are subject to change without notice. Acreage, boundary lines, and legal descriptions should be independently verified through a licensed surveyor and/or title company prior to purchase.
Important: LandKey TX is not a licensed real estate broker or agent. We are a principal buyer and seller of land. All transactions are conducted directly between LandKey TX and the buyer or seller.
Any purchase of land through LandKey TX is subject to a separate written Purchase and Sale Agreement. A non-refundable earnest money deposit may be required to secure a property. Closing will be conducted through a licensed title company. All properties are sold "as-is" unless otherwise stated in the Purchase and Sale Agreement. Buyer is responsible for conducting their own due diligence, including review of title, survey, environmental conditions, zoning, access, and utility availability.
By submitting contact information on our Site, you may receive email or phone follow-up about your inquiry. SMS messages are sent only when you affirmatively select the applicable optional SMS-consent checkbox; SMS consent is not a condition of purchase.

THE SITE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE.
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LANDKEY TEXAS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF YOUR USE OF THE SITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LandKey TX and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any dispute shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Galveston County, Texas.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Your continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any separate Purchase and Sale Agreement, constitute the entire agreement between you and LandKey TX regarding your use of the Site.
